Privately owned and operated ambulances get assignments from insurance companies. Such emergency medical care is available to Gazprom employees, for example.
At the beginning of the project in 2011 the private ambulance company did everything manually and all the assignments had to be written in a thick register. Moreover, that was a nontrivial task to run 20 ambulance crews working at the same time. We developed a web system for the operator to promptly respond to calls and allocate assignments among the crews. All the crews were, in turn, equipped with Android tablets having our native application installed. After that, the crew carried out their assignments and recorded the main steps.
At the end of each month, the system generated Work Completion Reports, which were required for invoice payment, based on different call types and event conditions such as working days/weekends, Moscow /other locations with distances away from Moscow Ring Road and etc.
